Divine Love, we are grateful for this gathering of this special
group in this marvelous space with our wonderful host. If there
are any thoughts or actions from the beginning of time that have
blocked Unconditional Love from the perfect manifestation of
this meeting:
I Am Sorry ( for all blockages Divine Energy known or unknown)
Please Forgive me ( allow me to forgive myself for any blockage
to the Divine Energy of God)
Thank you ( thank you God for the solutions already being here
for any life situations that I define as problems or
situations I don't prefer.)
I Love You ( I love me meaning the Divine Essence of God in every
one of my cells, I Love Me every part of my human form the more
I love this universal definition of me the more I am able to
share the energy of unconditional love in all. I also recognize
that however I feel about another I also feel about myself. )
Grounding: Music or Meditation To
Assist Us Being In The Now. We have an opportunity in this
session to open wider our connection to the essence of God
within us. The more we are able to be in now by bringing our
thoughts to the present moment we honor presence of God within
us; we are one with that presence. We then experience the five
attributes of God which are:
Loving,
Joyful
Blessing
Accepting
Grateful
Opening Spirit Expressing Prayer:
Dear God:
Thank you for all that
is in my my world today and in my life. I rest my heart in the
knowing that I will yet see pain turned into joy, sorrow into
gladness and death into everlasting life.
Thank you God for helping me understand that any situation I
define as a problem is already solved for me. My intended
purpose with Spirit Expressing and always is to a union
with the Divine Essence of you God within every cell of me. That
union is where peace, love and joy is without end.
Dear God thank you for my understanding that through
experiencing the ever present Unconditional Love of God within
me, that I know everlasting happiness and joy at a level not
previously even imagined.

Goal For The
Spirit Expressing Experience and Assignment.
Each person should now take a few
minutes and reflect upon their personal goal for the Spirit
Expressing experience. While your goal is a private flow of your
Divine Energy, I share with you my goal to assist you in
formulating yours.
My goal for the seven week Spirit Expressing experience is to
accelerate the realization of one goal I have for my life. My
life's goal is to be my intended pure potentiality by being my
highest thought. When I am at the place of my highest thought I
help the most people and since I am one with all, the more I
help the more I help myself.
My highest thought is knowing I Am That, I Am. My highest
thought is knowing I am in Unity with all. This knowing results
in my acceptance and blessings of all that is, this knowing
results in my choosing what is best for my soul using my
experiences and discernment. This knowing results in my physical
self, my conscious mind and my body, being the conduit for my
soul to experience the highest feeling of perfect love.
Please take a few minutes to reflect on your goal for this Spirit Expressing Experience. It is possible you will want more time. I suggest this is your number one exercise following this evening and the sooner you complete a clear definition the faster the progress to being that which you define.
Foundation Message Summary For This Session:
All there is starts with God. God is the
source. Quantum science refers to an energy field that responds
not only to our thoughts but our thinking about our thinking as
zero.
So we result from God and as a result we are of God. We have the
essence of God in us as does all matter in the physical plane.
Therefore we are already whole. One of the first exercises in
the workbook is to affirm
"I am a child of God, perfect wholeness is my birthright"
Let's make a slight modification to that:
"I am a child of God. I am perfect wholeness.. I Am That, I
Am" I Am That, I Am is from the Moses Code. This will
be briefly explained along with an example of how to use I Am
That, I Am during this first session of Spirit Expressing.
Let's say the affirmation together a few times and we are
encouraged to remind ourselves of our wholeness each day with
that or similar affirmations.
"I am a child of God. I am perfect wholeness.. I Am That, I Am"

What is Spiritual Healing?
Author Robert Brumet writes "There is only
one Presence one Power one Reality. We call that Reality God."
Rephrasing this we realize this is the first of the five basic
concepts of Unity. The first concept is " The Omnipresence of
God" or Oneness.
The essence of God is in all.
So let's rock this boat...
How do you think God feels about Hitler, war, famine, crime,
abuse, discrimination?
Discussion Questions:
So if we are already wholeness as the essence of who we are then:
Why are we here at this meeting?
Why do we have suffering?
Why do we have disease, war, crime, famine?
Why is it that the first chapter of Quest for Wholeness on
spiritual healing is even necessary?

Awareness. We are a "feelings factory" Manifest the feelings God
wants to experience through us . We already have given God the
experiences of pain, suffering, worry, fear, depression,
anxiety, anger and more. So God already has those experiences.
So now that we have created the opposite we know when we are at
peace, in joy, happiness and in Unity with all. Whatever those
mean to you then be them.

Summary Comments Chapter 1
What is Spiritual Healing?
Answer: this means it is my answer. Steve Pohlit's answer.
We are already whole. We are already perfect.
Our job is to identify the experiences and thoughts that block
our highest thought of perfect love. At the thought of perfect
love we have the feeling and knowing of Unity of Oneness
of Divine Essence of God in all. With this as our focus then our
energy can be directed at what blocks that feeling and knowing.
All situations on the physical plane are perfect and occur for
purpose. We cannot know pleasure unless we experience
pain. Healing is accepting and blessing all experiences
and choosing the best for us. Healing means we do not judge what
is best for another.
Our purpose is to honor the individual manifestation of God that we already are and honor the individualization of God within all outside of ourselves. The operative word is individualization. This means regardless of the actions of another life form or actions and words of another, we recognize and honor the Divine Essence of God in that life or matter.
Healing is acceptance and blessings of all that we experience and use discernment to choose what is best for us. When we condemn or label something as bad we are rejecting God. We have created entire religions around activities labeled as sinful. We even say in certain of those religions that we are born in the state of sin. We have created entire societies that define women as inferior and say one person or group knows the right answer for all. We have created a culture that defines death as something to fear and to be avoided at all cost.
All of these circumstances and more represent opportunities for healing. Opportunities for us to accept all as is, to bless all experiences as being important for us to experience so we can choose. So we can use our free will. I feel that when each of us individually chooses to think, act and speak as our highest thought, which is our individual highest feeling of love, all live will live their intentions in freedom and peace and we will have transcended war, famine, crime and disease.

God allows us to create and manifest whatever we choose.
Free will is a foundation of life. Anything that exists on the
physical plane we don't prefer we can fix by aligning our
collective consciousness focused on the outcome we prefer.

We ignore the guidance that has been available for us throughout history and follow separateness thinking. We look to God as being out there. We petition God for things we want as if they are already not here.
It is true that we create events and situations opposite of what we prefer. But we don't need famine to know hunger. Just skip a few meals. Just make a 3 hour flight that leaves at 5 PM where you didn't have time to grab some food. You will know hunger.
We don't need violent crime to experience pain. Just not pay
attention when using your stove and touch a hot burner with your
hand.
We don't need war to protect anything, as there is abundance for
all.
We have the awareness, the technology and the resources so why
don't we adopt the consciousness that represents Spiritual
Awakening and Spiritual Enlightenment? Somehow along the
way, ego has prevailed. Pain Bodies have prevailed.
Spirit Expressing and specifically Spiritual Awakening is a tool
that is there to guide us to our highest thought of feeling
perfect love.

How to describe your every thought and deed is known, and the bliss of being shown that your soul is pure, and perfect love? How is it possible you can think about anything and know instantly , at an infinite number of levels, its very existence? How to convey the perception that everything is interconnected, crafted of an intelligent light that forms a seamless matrix from which all matter springs?
Spiritual awareness is not something you wish
upon yourself or get from going to one or two self-development
classes. Spiritual awareness is something you develop after you
have awakened from a long sleep or after you have experienced
amazing shock or shocks in your life. It can also become because
you are tired of being tired. It can come because the walls
inside your heart ache. Spiritual awareness can come because you
have had one final day of feeling either something is missing or
you wish you were somewhere else. When you are in these spaces,
prepare yourself for the ride....spiritual awareness is right
around the corner. It is yours for the taking.
